Whether you found us on social media, stumbled upon our website or your friend told you about us, give Kreate a buzz and let’s set up a meeting and get to know each other better – the coffee is on us, promise! We believe that meeting and chatting face to face is the best way to connect and understand a person or a company. Not only does Kreate put a face to the name or email, but we also get to show you who and what we are. Find trust through transparency. Again, should you not be local, a simple skype session is also in order.
The Nitty Gritty
We take everything we have discussed during our initial meeting and get back to the drawing board and get cracking on putting a proposal together to suit your needs. The proposal will consist of:
- Quotation (Remember to ask about Community Management – see below in section 5)
- Steps to setting up social media platforms
- Creating a social media strategy and Marketing plan
- Monthly content plan showcasing all postings to be done within the month.
- Samples of the “look and feel” of design of posts; incorporating your business logos, colours and any other CI you prefer.
- Proposed Facebook and Instagram ad spend. (Get the most out of your social media marketing by adding budget to your campaigns. Not sure what this means? Just shout, we will explain it all.)
Once you are happy with what you’ve seen thus far, we take the reigns and work our magic. What do we need from YOU:
- Your Logos, colours, slogans and any other Corporate Identity pieces you might have. Never mind the quality of it, we will make it work!
- Your Instagram Handles and log in details.
- To be made admins on all various social media platforms you require us to manage. (Not sure how? We will show you everything!)

We do the hard work, so you don’t have to. The Kreate team will keep an eye on all aspects of your social media presence, so sit back, relax and let us do what we do best. Are you engaging with your audience? It is HIGHLY recommended to engage with your fans and followers on a regular basis. If you’d prefer to do this on your own, go ahead and spark conversations as you wish. Not too sure how to? Our community manager/s can help with this. Feel like catching up? Monthly meetings can be arranged once a month to discuss progress and what steps to take forward. Included in your quotation is a full report, boasting statistics of the relevant social platform under Kreate’s watchful eye. No beating round the bush, just simple facts and figures for your consideration.
